Inclusion To Thrive Power to Rise
Empowering Individuals with Disabilities

Our Story
InklusoRise was born from a simple but important question: What happens after high school?
Over the years, we saw many young adults with special needs leave the structured support of school and enter adulthood with limited opportunities for growth, connection, and independence. While services often exist during childhood and school years, there is a significant gap when it comes to helping individuals transition into adult life and meaningful participation in their communities.
We created InklusoRise to help bridge that gap.
Our vision is to provide a supportive environment where adults can continue developing life skills, building confidence, forming friendships, and discovering their place in society. We believe that inclusion should not end at graduation—it should continue throughout life.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, belong, and rise.
Our Mission
